The Internal Information Channel or Whistleblowing Channel of TELECOM-CLM (also known as the Internal Information System) has been developed and implemented in accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combating corruption. The channel is the means TELECOM-CLM provides for submitting reports about alleged, well-founded, and significant breaches of any situation or behavior that constitutes a potential or actual violation of internal or external regulations that may constitute a crime, a serious or very serious administrative offense, or a labor infringement.

To guarantee the confidentiality and, where applicable, the anonymity of the whistleblower, TELECOM-CLM provides the following channels, whose function is to receive and process communications.

• Report confidentially.

You must send it to the email address denuncias@telecomclm.es Indicating your name, and stating the reasons for the report and the facts that constitute it, as well as any evidence that may prove said offense.

• Anonymous report.

To file an anonymous report, you can send a communication by postal mail. However, we encourage you to identify yourself in order to obtain more information about the reported facts.

If you want to file the report by postal mail, you must send it to Telecom Castilla La Mancha, SA, cl/ Río Valdemarías s/n 45007 Toledo, addressed to the person responsible for the Internal Information Channel or Whistleblowing Channel.

The submission of complaints through this Channel must adhere to criteria of truthfulness, responsibility, proportionality, and good faith; the communication of false information is strictly prohibited.

External Channel of the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority: In accordance with the provisions of article 9.2.b) of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and fight against corruption, it is informed that there are external channels to which the informant may address either directly or after prior communication through this Internal Channel. These channels are:
